MINUTES

Attendees: Roy Page (Chair), Brian Fagan, Cllr Sue Ashdown.

1. Apologies: CllrsRobin Williams, Lynn Lloyd.

2. Approval of Minutes dated 20th December 2018.

3.NHP Review Third Draft

Meeting was set up primarily to enable Brian Fagan to update Chairman and attendees on current negotiations with Consultant as well has to hand over recent Consultant communications being that Brian Fagan is going to be away for a month and that a meeting with the Consultant and Keerpa Patel is pending in January 2019. Whilst the contents of these communications were discussed no decisions were made.

3.1 Site Allocations

It was emphasised at the meeting that the Review is an Amendment to primarily include two development sites.

3.2 Consultant will be required to incorporate amendment , once agreed, into the existing Neighbourhood Plan and as such the Consultants contract should be extended so as to enable this to take place. This was agreed by all attendees. Proposed by Roy Page, Seconded by Brian Fagan.

3.3 Timeline

Keerpa Patel to be asked for timeline with respect to period leading up to Referendum.

4. Next Step Requirements

Consultant and Keerpa Patel to be contacted by Brian Fagan/Roy Page to obtain mutual meeting date and time in January 2019 with suggested meeting venue at SODC Offices.

5. Date and location of next meetings

See 4 above - January (after 12th) meeting to be arranged once Consultant and Keerpa Patel contacted re availability

6. Any Other Business

NHP issues with Henton discussed.

Non NHP issues to be raised with the Parish Council by Robin Williams:

Roy Page to register with SODC for Henton Planning Applications Alerts he also advised to contact SODC for details of new Henton dwellings since 2011. Action: Roy Page
